ASTORIA — The Teamsters Union is offering a $10,000 reward for locating one of its members, a flight attendant from Queens who has been missing since last month.

Sierra Shields, 30, was last seen Jan. 14 leaving LaGuardia Airport, where she works as a flight attendant with Shuttle America, according to the Teamsters.

The union is offering the reward and asking the public to share Shields' photo and information on social media, according to a press release from the group.

"As a union, we look out for our own," Capt. David Bourne, director of the Teamsters Airline Division, said in a statement. "Sierra and her family need help at this time."

Shields disappeared after walking out of the airport last month, according to police. Family and friends said she'd seemed upset or distracted in the days prior.

"I could tell that she wasn't quite her usual chipper self," her father, Chris Shields, told DNAinfo New York last month.

A Facebook page called "Find Sierra Shields" has been set up to assist in the search, and people are using the hashtags "#‎FindSierraNYC" and "#‎OurSweetSierra" on social media.

Shields lives in Astoria, where she's a member of Connection Church, according to the pastor there. She's originally from the Chicago area and moved to New York about six years ago, her father said.

She is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds, police said. She was last seen wearing a navy blue dress.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
