The three Youth Development Specialists who were held hostage at Horizon Juvenile Center by detainees Jan. 24 “are traumatized,” said Darek Robinson, who represents them as vice president of grievances at District Council 37’s Local 371.
At around 9:30 that night, the teens threatened three workers—two men and a woman—and blocked them from leaving the area, according to the Police Department.
