  • Wage Increases  – Mechanic: 22.2%, Helper 19.4%, Supervisor 22.7%
  • Retro Pay
  • Welfare Fund, Health Insurance - preserved, no additional member costs
  • Comp Time Option - all agencies
  • Labor-Management Committees formed for AWS at NYCHA
  • Annuity - Future overtime contribution, new Elevator Helper Fund
  • Lump Sum Elevator Helper Bonus
