This year, the big question Santa will ask is not “have you been naughty or nice?” but rather, “how have you and your loved ones fared with so many challenges, facing so many?” Unsettling events — some made by man — others by Mother Nature, brought catastrophes suffered both world-wide and right here at home that have surely had their impact felt with a devastating blow to the body, soul and spirit. Yet, we at Local 237 have been on the frontline and fighting through it, bringing a sense of normalcy and peace of mind to the lives of all New Yorkers.
